By accessing or using reRoute ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
reRoute provides a QR code generation platform, dynamic shortlink management, and scan analytics. The free tier includes unlimited static QR code generation in-browser. Paid plans include dynamic links, scan analytics, team management, and additional features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content. You may not use the Service to send spam or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
QR codes you generate using our free tool are yours. Content you upload (logos, images) remains your property. The reRoute platform, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of reRoute.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. reRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
